Over the past 5 years, she has trained hundreds of students for weight loss, diabetes, neck & back pain, pre-natal, post-natal and even cancer. Practising & teaching yoga, healthy eating and working out is her passion. She is on a mission to make people healthy through her knowledge about yoga, diet and general health. Being an animal lover, she regularly visits animal shelters to take care of them.
